A tract of land being more commonly known as Lots A,B 6 F, R.G. Scheurer
Subdivision, of the Northwest corner of Block No. 12, Bellevue Addition_, an addit
to the city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specif
cally described by.metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod being the point of intersection of the south ri
of -way line of Ninth Street and the east right-of-way line of Van Buren Street, s
1/2" iron rod being the northwest corner of said Lot F, and also being the north-
west corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said south right-of-way line of Ninth Street, East 200.00 feet
an "X" in concrete lying in the west line of a 10-foot alley, said "X" in concrete
being the northeast corner of said Lot A, and also being the northeast corner of this
tract;
Thence leaving said south right-of-way line of Ninth Street and along said west
line of a 10-foot alley, South 150.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod being the point of in-
tersection of said south line of a 10-foot alley and the north line of a
10-foot alley, said 1/2" iron rod being the southeast corner of said Lot A, and also
being the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence along said north line of a 10-foot alley, West 200.00 feet to a 1/2" iron
rod being the point of intersection of said north line of a 10-foot alley and said
east right-of-way line of Van Buren Street, said 1/2" iron rod being the southwest
corner of said Lot F, and also being the southwest corner of this tract;
Thence along said east right-of-way line of Van Buren Street, North 150.00
feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.69 acre, more or less.
