right-of-way line of Ninth Street and the East right-of-way line of Van Buren Street; said Iron
rod being the Northwest corner and place of beginning of this tract;
Thence along said South right-of-way Tina of Ninth Street, East 100.00 feet to an Iron rod
lying in the West line of a 10 foot alley for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said South right-of-way line of Ninth Street, South 150.00 feet and along
said West line of a 10 foot alley to an Iron rod In the North line of said 10 foot alley, said
Iron rod being the Southeast corner of said Lot "A" and the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence along the North line of said 10 foot alley, West 100.00 feet to an Iron rod for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
