THENCE S 00°07' E along the East line of Lot 3, 130.0 feet to an iron rod, for the South-
east corner, said corner being in the North line of an Alley;
THENCE S 89°53' W along North line of said Alley 100.0 feet to a fence corner for the South-
west corner, said corner being the Southeast corner of Lot 5 and the Southwest corner of Lot 4;
THENCE N 00*07' W along West line of Lot 4, 130.0 feet to a fence corner in the South
Right -of -Way line of Chester Avenue for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89053' E along South Right -of -Way line of Chester Avenue, 100.0 feet to the Place
of Beginning and containing 0.298 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto
