and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of Lot 3, Block 8, South -Park Addition, an
addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, said point being 85.0 feet South of the
Northwest csraer of said Lot 3. said Point also bears South 775.00 feet and West 1924.0
feet from the Northeast corner of said J.A. Scott Survey No. 10 for the Southeast corner of
this tract;
Thence West 180.70 feet along a line 85.0 feet South of and parallel to the South right-
