Addition, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls; Texas; said tract being more specifically destri bed by metes
and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point of intersection of the South right-of-way line of Ninth Street and the East right-of-
way line of Van Buren Street; said point being the Northwest corner of the above mentioned Block No. 12, and the
Northwest corner of this tract for the place of beginning of this descr iption;
Thence along said South right-of-way line of Ninth Street, East 100.00 feet to a point for the Northeast
corner of the above mentioned Lot C, said point also being the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said South right-of-way line, South 150.00 feet to a point in the North line of a 10 foot
Alley, said point being the Southeast corner of said Lot C and the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence along the North line of said 10 foot Alley, West 100.00 feet to a point in the above mentioned East
