addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, said point being 85.0 feet South of the North -

the Northeast corner of said J. A. Scott Survey No. 10 for the Southeast corner of th ieNkract;
Thence West 180.70 feet along a line 85.0 feet South of and parallel to the South right-of-
way line of Foun to in Avenue, as abandoned, to a point in the East right -of -way line of the
Jacksboro Highway for the Southwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 070 42' East 166.50 feet along said East right-of-way line of Jacksboro Highway
