Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Lot 17 of the said Trueheart Subdivision, Block 2, said point bears
West 2,046 feet and North 2,196 feet from the Southeast Corner of the said J. A. Scott Survey No. 16, said
point also being in the East Right -of -May Line of Van Buren Street;
Thence North 100.0 feet too point for corner in the said West line of Lot 17 and the East line of Van
Buren Street;
Thence East at 50.0 feet pass the East line of Lot 17 and the West line of Lot 16, in all 100.0 feet to a
point for corner in the East line of Lot 16;
Thence South 100.0 feet along the East line of Lot 16 to a point for the Southeast corner of said Lot 16;
Thence West, at 50.0 feet pass the Southwest corner of Lot 16 and the Southeast corner of Lot 17, in all
