A tract of land out of the J.A.-Scott Survey No, 16, A-301, Wichita County, Texas, and
being Lots 1 d 2. Islay Subdivision, Block 251, Original Townsits, Wichita Falls, Texas,
and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning al a point for the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, said point bears East 36.0
feet, North 66 East 1786.0 feet, and South 24 East 510.0 feet from the Southwest corner
of the J.A. Scott Survey No. 16;
Thence South 240 East 180.0 feat along the North line of Hel liday Street to a point for
the Southwest corner of said Lot 1. said point being in the North line of an alley;
Thence North 660 East along the North line of an alley, at 50.0 feet pass the Southeast
