THENCE S 35' 00' 16" E with the East line of said Lot A, a distance of 165.00 feet to a
mug nail set at the Southeast corner of said Lot A, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 54' 45' 02" W with the South lines of Lots A through E of said C. W. Beavers
Subdivision, a distance of 250.00 feet to a mag nail set on the East right—of—woy of Broad
Street, said mag nail being the Southwest comer of Lot E of said C. W. Beavers Subdivision
and the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 35' 00' 00" W with the East right—of—way of Broad Street and the West line of
said Lot E. a distance of 165.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.947 ACRE
of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed

public forever all streets, olleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
