A-425, Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point in the North right-of-way line of 15 th Street, said point being the Southwest corner of the
mentioned Lot 16, and bears North 550 DO' East 315 feet from the Southwest corner of the above mentioned Block 22, for
the place of beginning of this description;
Thence leaving the above mentioned North right-of-way line of 15 th Street, North 350 00' West 165.00 feet to a point
for the Northwest corner of the above mentioned Lot 16;
Thence North 550 00' East 262.5 feet to a point in the West right-of-way line of Holliday Street for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
Thence along the aforementioned West right-of-way line of Holliday Street with its meandors: South 350 00'
