by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike nail set at the Northwest corner of Block 8, I. Jolonic's Addition,
as shown on plat recorded in Volume 1, Page 101, Wichita County Plat Records, said nail
being at the intersection of the South line of Kell Boulevard and the East line of Austin
Street;
THENCE N 55'00' E with the South line of Kell Boulevard o distance of 326.93 feet to
an iron rod set in the Northwest right—of—way line of Railroad;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with Railroad right—of—way, being a curve to the
right having a radius of 1382.25' feet, for an arc distance of 400.05 feet to an iron rod
set in the East line of Austin Street;
THENCE N 35'06' W with the East line of Austin Street a distance of 228.71 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.946 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
