follows:
BEGINNING at a bronze highway monument found at East corner of Lot 5, Block 12, I. Jalonic
Addition, as shown on the plat recorded in Volume 4, Page 5, Wichita County Plat Records, said
monument being at the intersection of the Southwest line of Burnett Street and the Northwest
line of Kell Freeway;
THENCE S 550 10' W with the Northwest line of Kell Freeway a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron
rod found at the South corner of Lot 5;
THENCE N 350 00' W a distance of 110.23 feet to an iron rod found in the Southwest line of Lot
4;
THENCE N 550 10' E a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod found in the Southwest line of
Burnett Street;
THENCE S 350 00' E with the Southwest line of Burnett Street a distance of 110.23 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.38 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
