Street and the North line of Fourteenth Street;
THENCE S 550 13' W with the South line of Lots 20 and 19 a distance of 105.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest
corner of Lot 19;
THENCE N 340 58' W with the West line of Lot 19 a distance of 165.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner
of Lot 19;
THENCE N 55' 13' E with the North line of Lots 19 and 20 a distance of 105.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast
corner of Lot 20, and also being in the West line of Holliday Street;
THENCE S 340 58' E with the West line of Holliday Street a distance of 165.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.398 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through
