to plat recorded in Volume 1, Page 101, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being in the South
right-of-way line of Fifteenth Street;
THEPICE N 550 001 E with the South right-of-way line, 182.0 feet to an iron rod in the West right-of-way
of Kell '.Boule'vard., for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with the West right-of-way line of Kell Boulevard S 160 491 E 78.0 feet and S 000 251 E, 110.4
feet to an iron rod in the North line of 20 foot wide alley, Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 550 001 W with the North line of alley 95.0 feet to an iron rod, the Southwest corner of said
Lot 5, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 350 001 W with the West line of said Lot 5, a distance of 165.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.553 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
expressed.
