FIELD NOTES
A tract of land out of Block 12, Jalonick Addition, an addition to the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, out of the J.A. Scott Survey No. 16, A-306,
Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more commonly known as the North
20 feet of Lot 9 and all of Lot 10, Block 12, said tract being Ilmre
specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 112 inch iron rod which lies at the intersection of
the east right-of-way line of Bluff Street and the south right-of-way line
of 16th Street, said 112 inch iron rod also being the original northwest
corner of Lot 10 and the northwest corner and place of beginning of this
description;
Thence along said south right-of-way line of 16th Street, North 56'
00' East 150.0 feet to a 112 inch iron rod lying in the west line of a
25-font alley, said 112 inch iron rod being the northeast corner of this
tract;
Thence leaving said 16th Street right-of-way line, South 34' OW East
90.0 feet along said west line of said 25-foot alley to a 112 inch iron
rod for the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said alley. South 56' 00' West 150.0 feet to a 1/2
inch iron rod lying in the east right-of-way line of said Bluff Street for
the southwest corner of this tract;
Thence along said east right-of-way line of Bluff Street, North 34°
00' West 90.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.31 acres,
