in Vol. 1, Pages 101-102, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being at the intersection of
Northeast right-of-way of Broad Street and the Southeast right-of-way of Sixteenth Street;
TIIENCE N 54° 381 E along said right-of-way of Sixteenth Street 52.5 feet to iron rod at the
North corner of Lot 10;
TIIENCE S 35' 001 E along the Northeast line of Lot 10, 102.0 feet to a fence corner;
THENCE S 540 38, W, 52.5 feet to an iron rod in Southwest line of Lot 10 and the Northeast
right-of-way of Broad Street;
THENCE N 35' 001 W along said right-of-way, 102.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.123 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public for-
ever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements,and puhlic places thereon shown
for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
