A tract of land out of Block 22, I. Jalonick Addition, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls,
out of the E.A. Austin Survey, A-425, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more commonly known as
Lot 1 and part of Lot 2, Block 22, said tract being more specifically described by mates and bounds as
follows;
Beginning at a point of intersection of the West right-of-way line of Holliday Street and the South
sight -of -way line of Fourteenth Street, said point being the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, said point
being the Northeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence, along the above mentioned West right-of-way line of Holliday Street, South 350 08' East 167.00
feat to a point lying in the North line of a 20 foot alley, said point being the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence, leaving said West right-of-way line of Holliday Street and along said North line of a 20 foot alley
