description;
THENCE N 00' 02' W along the said East right—of—way line of Baylor Street, a distance of 214.80 feet to a set "x" concrete for the Northwest
corner of said Lot 16—A and for the Northwest corner of this tract and being in the South line of a 20 foot alley,
THENCE S 89' 59' 30" E along the said South line of 20 foot alley, a distance of 150.08 feet to an iron rod set in said line for the Northeast
corner of the above said Lot 15 and for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE leaving said South line of 20 foot alley, S 00' 04' E along the East line of said Lot 15, a distance of 214.80 feet to a set "x" in concrete
for the Southeast corner of said Lot 15 and for the Southeast corner of this tract and being in the above mentioned North right—of—way line of
9th Street;
THENCE West along the said North line of 9 th Street, a distance of 150.18 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.740 acre of land.
