Avenue H (a 60 foot (ght-of-way), and from said point a 5/8" iron rod found in place bears South
52 degrees East, 0.35 foot, and a + with a center punch found in place for the most northerly
corner of Block 93, said Floral Heights Addition bears South 27 degrees, 29 minutes, 58 seconds
West 60.0 feet;
THENCE North 27 degrees, 29 minutes, 58 seconds East with the northwest line of said Block 84, and
the southeast line of said Kemp Boulevard, passing the common westerly corner of said Lots 9 and
