a distance of 89.93 feet to on iron rod found at the Southwest corner of a tract of land

Records of Wichita County, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 59' 53" E, with the South line of said Shaw tract, a distance of 99.99 feet to
a mag nail found in the East line of said Lot 7, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 01' 50" W, with the East line of said Lot 7, a distance of 89.97 feet to a
mag nail found in a brick pillar in the North line of a 20 foot alley at the Southeast corner
of said Lot 7, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 58' 22" W, with the North line of said 20 foot alley and the South line of said
Lots 7 and 8, a distance of 99.89 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.21 acre
of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever oil streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
