BEGINNING at a 1/24nch Iron and being the northeast comer of said Lot 1 and the point of
Intersection of the south right-of-way fine of Avenue E with the West dght-of-way line of
Buchanan Street, both dedicated public streets, said iron rod being the northwest comer
and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE SOUTH 26"58'00" WEST 200.00 feet along the east line of said Lots 1-4 and the
west right-of-way line of said Buchanan Street to a 1/2-Inch iron rod being the southeast
corner of said Lot 4 and the northeast comer of Lot 5 of said Block 70 for the southeast
