addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded in Volume 4, Page 59, Wichita
County Plat Records, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point being the north comer of said Lot 16 and the point of intersection of
the southwest right-of-way line of Avenue G with the southeast right-of-way line of Kemp
Boulevard, both dedicated public streets, said point being the north Corner and PLACE OF
BEGINNING ofthis tract;
THENCE SOUTH 63°02'00" FAST 150.00 feet along the northeast line of said Lot 16 and
the southwest right-of-way line of said Avenue G to a point being the east comer of this
tract;
THENCE leaving the south right-of-way line of said Avenue G, SOUTH 26°58'00" WEST
