BEGINNING at an iron found at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 26, Floral Heights Addition, as
recorded in Volume 4, Page 59, Wichite County Plat Records, said rod also being at the intersection
of the West right—of—way line of Kemp Boulevard and the North right—of—way line of a 20 foot alley,
THENCE S 89' 59' 32' W with the South lines of said Lots 1, 2, do 3 a distance of 149.78 feet to an
iron rod found at the Southwest comer of said Lot 3;
THENCE with the West line of said Lot 3, N 00' 03' 53' W a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron rod
found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3, said rod also being on the South line of Ninth Street;
THENCE N 89' 59' 26" E with the North line of sold Lots 3, 2, do 1 and the South line of Ninth
Street a distance of 149.95 feet to an iron rod set at the Northeast comer of said Lot 1, said rod
also being at the intersection of the North line of Ninth Street and the West line of Kemp Boulevard;
THENCE with the East line of said Lot 1 and the West right—of—way line of Kemp Boulevard,
South a distance of 150.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.516 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed thereon
