A 1.033-acre tract of land out of Block 7, Floral Heights Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded in
Volume 4, Page 59, Wichita County Plat Records, said 1.033-acre tract being all of Lots 5 and 6 together with Lot 1-A, Block 7,
Floral Heights Addition, an additon to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded in Volume 26, Page 506, Wichita County Plat
Records, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a Y2-inch iron rod being the northeast corner of said Lot 1-A, the northeast comer of said Block 7, and the point of
intersection of the south right-of-way line of 9th Street, a dedicated city street, with the west right-of-way line of Harrison Street, a
dedicated city street, for the northeast corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE SOUTH 150.00 feet along the east line of said Lot 1-A and the west right-of-way line of said Harrison Street to a Y2-inch
iron rod being the southeast corner of said Lot 1-A and the point of intersection of the west right-of-way line of said Harrison Street
with the north right-of-way line of a dedicated 20-foot alley for the southeast Corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving the west right-of-way line of said Harrison Street, WEST, at 200.00 feet pass the southwest Comer of said Lot 1-A
and the southeast corner of said Lot 5, at 250.00 feet pass the southwest corner of said Lot 5 and the southeast Corner of said Lot
6, and Continuing for a total distance of 300.00 feet along the north right-of-way line of said alley to a Y-inch iron rod being the

deeded to Edward Bond as recorded in Volume 1310, Page 686, Wichita County Plat Records for the southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving the north line of said alley, NORTH, at 90.00 feet pass the northeast corner of said Bond tract and the southeast
corner of that certain tract of land deeded to Mary Jean Shaw as recroded in Volume 2190, Page 153, of the Wichita County Deed
Records, and continuing for a total distance of 150.00 feet along the east line of said Lot 7 and the west line of said Lot 6 to a Y2-inch
iron rod in the south right-of-way line of said 9th Street being the north east Corner of said Lot 7 and said Shaw tract and the
northwest corner of said Lot 6 for the northwest Corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving the east line of said Lot 7, EAST, at 50.00 feet pass the northeast corner of said Lot 6 and the northwest Comer
of said Lot 5, at 100.00 feet pass the northeast corner of said Lot 5 and the northwest corner of said Lot 1-A, and Continuing for a
