in concrete at the Southwest corner of Lot 15;
THENCE N 000 03' E with the West line of Lot 15 a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod found
at the Northwest corner of Lot 15;
THENCE East with the North line of Lots 15 and 16, a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron rod found
at the Northeast corner of Lot 16 in the West line of Taylor Street;
THENCE S 00' 03' W with the West line of Taylor Street a distance of 150.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.344 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
