found at ',he Southwest corner of Lot 2;
THENCE N 000 01' W with the West line of Lot 2, a distance of 150.08 feet to a 1 1/2" pipe found
at the Northwest corner of Lot 2 in the South line of Bullington Street;
THENCE East with the South line of Bullington Street a distance of 100.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.344 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
