BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 9-A, Block 109, Floral Heights
Addition, as recorded in Volume 24, Page 277, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being
at the intersection of the East line of Kemp Boulevard and the South line of Avenue J.
THENCE S 63' 01' E with the South line of Avenue J, a distance of 149.6 feet to an iron rod
found at the Northeast corner of Lot 9-A;
THENCE S 260 58' W along the West line of a 20 foot wide alley, a distance of 400.0 feet to
an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of Lot 9-A, said rod being in the North line of
Avenue K;
THENCE N 63 05' W with the North line of Avenue K, a distance of 149.6 feet to an iron rod
found at the Southwest corner of Lot 9-A, said rod being in the East line of Kemp Boulevard;
THENCE N 26° 58' E with the East line of Kemp Boulevard, a distance of 400.2 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.37 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets. alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
for the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
