Addition, as recorded in Volume 4, Page 59, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being at the
intersection of the East line of Kemp Boulevard and the North line of Avenue J.
THENCE N 260 58' E with the East line of Kemp Boulevard a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron
rod set at the Northwest corner of Lot 11;
THENCE S 620 57' E a distance of 149.5 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of
Lot 11.
THENCE S 26' 58' W a distance of 149.8 feet to an "x" set in concrete at the Southeast corner
of Lot 9 and in the North line of Avenue J;
THENCE N 630 02' W the North line of Avenue J, a distance of 149.5 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0,514 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown or
the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
