found at the Southwest corner of this tract,
THENCE N 260 58' E a distance of 75.0 feet to an iron rod found for the Northwest corner of
this tract,
THENCE S 620 49' E a distance of 150.06 feet to an iron rod found in the West line of Kemp
Boulevard for the Northeast corner of this tract,
THENCE S 260 58' W with the West line of Kemp Boulevard, a distance of 75.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.258 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown or
the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
