Wichita County Plat Records, said point being an iron rod in the intersection of the East line of Kemp Boulevard
and the South line of Avenue K;
THENCE S 63' 02' E with the South line of Avenue K and the North line of Lot 16 a distance of 150.0 feet
to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 16;
THENCE S 26' 58' W with the East line of Lots 16, 15, 14 and 13 a distance of 200.0 feet to an iron rod at
the Southeast corner of Lot 13;
THENCE N 63' 02' W with the South line of Lot 13 a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest
corner of Lot 13 and in the East line of Kemp Blvd.
THENCE N 26' 58' E with the East line of Kemp Boulevard a distance of 200.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.69 acre of land;
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
