WHEREAS, North Texas Camp Fire Council is the owner of Lots 9 and
10, Block 21, Floral Heights Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 21,
Floral Heights, as recorded in Volume 4, Page 59, Wichita County Plat
Records, said point being in the intersection of the North line of Ninth
Street and the East line of Fillmore Street;
THENCE North with the East line of Fillmore Street a distance of 150.0
feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 9;
THENCE East with the North line of Lots 9 and 10 a distance of 100.0 feet
to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 10;
THENCE South with the East line of Lot 10 a distance of 150.0 feet to an
"X" marked in concrete drive at the Southeast corner of Lot 10, said point
being in the North line of Ninth Street;
THENCE West with the North line of Ninth Street a distance of 100.0 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.34 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is
subscribed thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent,
hereby dedicated to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
