WHEREAS, E.K. Gray, Claude Geisert, Jay Ledbetter, Lynn Murphy, Jack Peirce,
Wilfred Welch and Tom Witherspoon are trustees for the Floral Heights Church of
Christ, owner of Lots 6, 7, 6 8 Blk 91, Floral Heights Addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas recorded in Wichita County Plat Records Vol. 4, Page 59 and
being more specifically described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 60 d. nail, in place, the N.W. corner of Ave. I and Buchanan St.
also being the S.E. corner of Lot 8, Blk 91 of said Floral Heights Addition, the
beginning point of this tract.
THENCE North 62 degrees 55 minutes West 150 feet along the north line of Ave. I
and the south line of Lot 8, set a 1/2 inch reinforcing rod in the east alley line.
THENCE North 26 degrees 58 minutes East 150 feet along the east alley line and
the west line of Lots 6, 7 and 8, set a 1/2 inch reinforcing rod.
THENCE south 62 degrees 55 minutes East 150 feet along the north line of Lot 6
and the south line of Lot 5 to the west line of Buchanan St. set a 1;12 reinforcing
rod.
THENCE South 26 degrees 58 minutes West 150 feet along the west line of Bucha-
nan St. and the east line of Lots 6, 7 and 8 to the place of beginning and contain-
ing 0.517 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the trustees of the land shown on this plat and whose names are sub-
scribed thereto hereby dedicates to the public forever, all streets, all,ye, parks,
water courses, drains, easements, and public places therein shown for the purposes
