THENCE, North 150.00 feet to a P iron reinforcing rod set on the North line of said Lot 12
T'H,NCE East 124.62 feet to a point on the East edge of a 0.9 feet diameter Hackberry tree for the Northeast
corner of said Lot 34; said point bears North 1.00 feet to a g" iron reinforcing rod set.
THENCE South 150.00 feet along the East line of said Lot 14 to the place of beginning and containing 0.43 acres
of land more or less.
