BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 106, Floral Heights Addition, as
recorded in Vol. 4, Page 59, Wichita County Plat Records, said iron rod also being in the inter-
section of the East Right -of -Way of Kemp Blvd, and the North Fight -of -Way of Avenue K;
THENCE along the East Right -of -Way of Kemp Blvd. N 260 58' E, 400.2 feet to an iron rod at the
Northwest corner of Lot 16 and in the South Right -of -Way of Avenue J;
THENCE along the South Right -of -Way of Avenue J and the North line of Lot 16, S 630 01' E, 149.6
feet to an iron rod at Northeast corner of Lot 16 and West line of 20 foot alley;
THENCE along West alley line, S 260 58' W, 400.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of
Lot 9, and in the North Right -of -Way of Avenue K;
THENCE along North Right -of -Way of Avenue K. N 630 05' W, 149.6 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 1.37 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks; water courses, drains and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed,
