WHEREAS, Boley, Featherston, Huffman, and Deal, Employees Profit Sharing, Trust is the owner of
Lots 9, 10, and 11, Block 27, Floral Heights Addition to Wichita Falls, Texas, described as follows;
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 27, Floral Heights Addition, according to
plat recorded in Volume 4, Page 59, Plat Records of Wichita County, said iron rod being at the inter-
section of East Rinht-of-Way line of Grant Street and the North Right -of -Way line of Tenth Street;
THENCE North with the East Right -of -Way line of Grant Street, 150.0 feet to an iron rod, for the
Ilortheaest corner of Lot 9 and the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East with the South line of an alley, 150.0 feet to an iron rod for the Northeast corner
of Lot 11, and the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South 150.8 feet with the East line of Lot 11 to an iron rod in the North Right -of -Way
line of Tenth Street for the Southeast corner of Lot 11 and. the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West with the North Right -of -Way line of Tenth Street, 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containinc 0.517 acre of land.
Therefore, the Omer of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in
person or throunh a duly authorized anent, hereby dedicates to the use of the puhlic forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
