THENCE N 00*07' E with the East Right -of -Way line of Tyler Street, 150.0 feet to an iron rod,
the Northwest corner of Lot 9, the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East with the South line of an alley, 100.0 feet to an iron rod, the Northeast corner

THENCE S 00*07' W with the East line of Lot 10, 150.0 feet to an iron rod in the North Right -
of -Way line of Ninth Street, the Southeast corner of Lot 10, the Southeast corner of this tract;
