A tract of land out of the J.A. Scott Survey, No. 18, Wichita County Texas, being more commonly known ,
as Lots 15&16 Block 3, Floral Heights Addition, en addition to the city of Wichita Fell,, Texas and being
more specifically descrioeo, by metes and hounds as follows.
Beginning at the Southeast Corner f the above mentioned Lot 16, Block 3• Floral Heights Addition,
as per plat recorded Volume Fo„r, Page 59, Wichita County Plat records, said point also being the inter-
section of the North rnght-of-way line of Ninth Street, and the West right -of- way line of Van Buren
Street, and the place of beginning of the herein described tract.
Thence West, along the South line of the above mentioned Lots 15516, and the North right-of-way
line of Ninth Street, 100 feet to an iron rod, for the Southwest corner of this tract.
Thence North, along the Westl ine of the above mentioned lot 15, 150 feet, to an iron rod ,for
