BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 16, Block 61, Floral Heights Addition,
according to Plat recorded in Volume 4, Page 59, Plat Records of Wichita County, said iron rod
being at the intersection of East Right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard and the South Right-of-way
line of Avenue D;
THENCE S 26*58' W with the East Right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard, 150.12 feet to an iron rod,
the Southwest corner of Lot 14, Block 61, the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 63*02' E with the South line of said Lot 14, 150.0 feet to an iron rod, the Southeast
corner of Lot 14, the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 26*58' E with the West line of an alley, 150.12 feet to an iron rod in the South Right-
of-way line of Avenue D, the Northeast corner of Lot 16, the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 63*02' W with the South Right-of-way line of Avenue D and the North line of Lot 16,
150.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing .517 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and
in personhrough a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets a eys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
