Whereas Dr. C. C. Hayley, 1901 Kemp Blvd., Ph. 723-6941, is the owner of a certain tract of land
out of Block 100, Floral Heights Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and herewith
rcplats said land into Lot 15-A, the perimeter of which is described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake set at the N.W. cor. of Lot 16, B1k 100, Floral Heights Addition.
Said point being at the S.E. intersection cor. of Keml Blvd. and Avenue I.
THENCE S. 630 02' E., with the south line of Avenue 1, 100.0 it. to an iron stake set for the
N.E. cor. of this tract.
THENCE S. 260 58' W., 50.0 ft. to an iron stake set for an ell cor. of this tract in the south
line of said Lot 16.
THENCE S. 630 02' E., with the• south line of said Lot 15, 50.0 ft. to an iron stake set for an
ell cor. of this tract at the N.E. cor. of Lot 15.
THENCE S. 26° 58' W., 50.0 ft, to an iron stake set for the S.E. cor. of this tract and the
S.E. cor. of L•�t 15.
THENCEN. 630 ')2' W., with the s,)Llth line of said Lot 15, 150.-11 it, to an iron stake set- for ttm
S.W. cor. of this tract and the S.W. cor. of said Lot 15.
THENCE N. 260 58' E., with the east boundary line of Kemp Blvd. and the west lime said Lots 15
and 16, 100.0 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 0.29 acres of land.
1'hv owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and
consideration therein expressed.
