A tract of land out of the Simpson Holloway Survey, A-498, Wichita County, Texas
said tract also being originally the dedicated Lots 1 & 2, Block 92, Floral Heights
Addition an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, said tract being more
specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Block 92, also being the intersection of the
West line of Kemp Boulevard and the South line of Avenue H, and the place of beginning
of this description;
Thence North 630 04' West 150 feet along the South right-of-way line of Avenue H
to the Northwest corner of the originally dedicated Lot 1;
Thence along the East line of a 20 foot alley and the West line of the originally
dedicated Lots 1 & 2 South 270 03' West 100 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 3;
Thence South 630 04: East 150 test along the North side of Lot 3 to the West
right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard;
Thence North 270 03' East 100 feet along the West side of Kemp Boulevard to the
place of beginning of this description, containing .344 acres, more or less.
