Austin Survey, A-701, as shown on plat recorded in Volume 1, Page 61 of Wichita County Plat Records and described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the West line of Garfield Street and the North line of Avenue E, being also the Southeast corner of Block 3, West Side Addition to Floral Heights Addition and the Southeast corner of this tract; THENCE N 63020' W with the North line of Avenue E and the South line of said Block 3, 320.0 feet to a point in the East line of Arthur Street for the Southwest corner of this tract; THENCE N 00005' W with the East line of Arthur Street 127.15 feet to a point in the South line of Tenth Street for the Northwest corner of this tract; THENCE East with the South line of Tenth Street 423.8 feet to a point in the West line of Garfield Street for the Northeast corner of said Block 3 and of this tract; THENCE S 26057' W with the West line of Garfield Street and the East line of said Block 3, 303.75 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.734 acres of land.
