Whereas Nathan Brown is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Block 22,
Floral Heights Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, more particularly described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 22, Floral Heights Addition, said
point being in the South right-of-way of Ninth Street;
THENCE South 150.0 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 4;
THENCE West 75.0 feet to a point which is 25.0 feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot 5;
THENCE North 150.0 feet to a point which is 25.0 feet East of the Northwest corner of Lot 5;
THENCE East 75.0 feet with the South right-of-way of Ninth Street to the place of beginning
and containing 0.258 acre of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the
purpose and consideration therein expressed.
