right-of-way and combining the northwestern portion of Lots 1, 2, and 3 into one parcel to be called "Lot I -A" and combining the southeastern
portion of Lots 2, 3, and the North 15.0 feet of Lot 4, into one parcel to be called Lot 3-A, both parcels being more fully described by metes
and bounds as follows:

BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Block 21, Westside Addition to Floral Heights Addition:
THENCE southerly i1.1 feet to a point in the North Property Line of a AM ft. wide street right-of-way reserved by the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas;
THENCE in a southwesterly direction along a curve to the left having a radius of 667.28 ft., 183.2 ft. to a point in the East Line of a 2n.o ft.
wide alley;
THENCE northerly 115.4 ft. along the East Line of said alley to a point in the South Line of Avenue K;
THENCE Easterly 15n.0 ft. to the place of Beginning of Lot No. 1-A and containing 0.203 acres, more or less.
LOT 3-A
BEGINNING at a point in the East Line of Block 21, Westside Addition to Floral Heights Addition 165.0 ft. from the Northeast corner of said
Block 21;
THENCE northerly 76.2 to a point in the East Line of Block 21, said point lying 10.0 ft. in a southerly direction from the intersection of the
West Line of Arthur Street with the North Line of this tract;
THENCE northwesterly 10.0 ft. along a line that deflects 450 - 00' from the East Line of Block 21;
THENCE in a southwesterly direction 134.9 ft. along a curve to the left having a radius of 607.28 ft.
THENCE southeasterly 116.1 along a line that is 15.0 ft. south of and parallel to the North line of Lot 4, Block 21 to the Place of Beginning and
containing 0.122 acres, more or less.
Whereas the City of Wichita Falls, Texas is the owner of the above described properties and desires to replat them according to the attached plat,
and dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
