THENCE N 550 101 E along the Northwest line of said Lot 7, a distance of 250.7 feet to an iron
rod at the North corner of Lot 7;
THENCE S 350 071 3011 E a distance of 234.4 feet to an iron rod in the said North riqht-of-way
of Twelfth Street, the East corner of Lot 13;
THENCE S 550 051 3011 W alonq the said North right-of-way of Twelfth Street 251.2 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.35 acres of land.
