Subdivision, as shown on plot recorded in Volume 26, Page 619. Plat Records of Wichita
County, said iron rod being at the intersection of the South line of Eleventh Street and the
West line of Grace Street;
THENCE S 34' 51' 47" E with the West line of Grace Street, a distance of 350.06 feet to
an iron rod found in the North line of Twelfth Street;
THENCE S 55' 11' 00" W with the North line of Twelfth Street, a distance of 435.05 feet to
an iron rod found at an angle point;
THENCE S 89' 23' 30" W a distance of 293.50 feet to a spike set at the West corner of
Lot 17—A;
THENCE N 55' 13' 59" E with the North line of Lot 17—A, a distance of 205.10 feet to an
iron rod found in the West line of Lot 1-13, for an ell corner,
THENCE N 34' 51' 01" W with the West line of Lot 1—B, a distance of 186.72 feet to an
"x" in concrete set at the Northwest comer of Lot 1—B in the South line of Eleventh Street;
THENCE N 55' 21' 51" E with the South line of Eleventh Street, a distance of 472.50 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.122 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
