A tract of land out of the J. A Scott Survey No. 6, said tract being further identified as
being a replat of Lots 1 through 9 and Lots 17 through 19 and Lots 21 through 26, Canfield Sub-
division, said Canfield Subdivision being a replat of Block 263, of the Original Townsite of the
city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically described by
metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod being the most northerly corner of the above mentioned Lot 1 of
the Cenfleld Subdivision, said iron rod being the point of intersection of the South right-of-
way line of Eleventh Street and the west right-of-way line of Grace Street, said iron rod being
the most northerly corner of the herein described tract and the place of beginning of this
description;
Thence along said West right-of-way line of Grace Street, South 34. 53' East 350.00 feet to
lrlrnn rod, said iron rod being the point of intersection of the above mentioned west right-
ot-way line of Grace Street and the north right-of-way line of Twelfth Street, said iron rod
