McBride s Addition and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2, S. B. McBride's
Addition as recorded in Volume 5, Page 9, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being at the
intersection of the North line of Dallas Street and the East line of Mill Street, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 07' 50" E, with the West line of said Lot 1 and the East line of Mill Street, a
distance of 185.70 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1 said rod
being at the intersection of the East line of Mill Street and the South line of Henrietta
Street, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East, with North line of said Lot 1 the North line of Lots 2 thru 5 of said Block 2,
and the South line of Henrietta Street, a distance of 216.00 feet to a spike nail set at the
Northeast corner of said Lot 4, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 07' 49" W, with the East line of said Lot 4, a distance of 186.14 feet to an
iron rod set at the Southeast corner of said Lot 4, said rod being in the North line of Dallas
Street, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 53' 00" W, with the South line of said Lots 4 thru 1, and with the North line
of Dallas Street, a distance of 216.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.92
acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
