WHEREAS, Richard E. Milisci, Hossein Ghanbari and Ebrahim Tinati are the owners of Lots A, B,
C, D, & E, W.E. Brother's Subdivision of Block 249, Original Townsite, Wichita Falls, Texas, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the North corner of Lot E, W.E. Brother's Subdivision of Block 249, Original Townsite,
as recorded in Volume 5, Page 350, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being at the intersection of
the Southeast right-of-wav of Tenth Street and the Southwest right-of-way of Broad Street;
THENCE S 560 23' W along the Southeast right-of-way of Tenth Street 250.65 feet to an 'Ix" in concrete,
the West corner of Lot A;
THENCE S 330 41' 30" E along the Southwest line of said Lot A a distance of 162.75 feet to an iron rod,
the South corner of Lot A;
THENCE N 560 27' E with the Northwest line of a 25 foot alley, a distance of 250.5 feet to an iron rod
in the Southwest right-of-way of Broad Street, the East corner of said Lot E;
THENCE N 330 40' W along said right-of-way of Broad Street 163.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.937 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and, public places thereon shown for the purposes
and considerations therein expressed.
