WHEREAS, Texas Conference Association of Seventh Day Adventists, is the owner
of Lots 16 thru 20, Block 230, Henderson Subdivision, Original Townsite, Wichita Falls,
Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the North corner of Lot 20, Block 230, Henderson
Subdivision as recorded in Volume 5, Page 356, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod
also being at the intersection of the Southwest line of Bluff Street and the Southeast
line of Fourteenth Street;
THENCE S 34" 51' E with the Northeast line of Lot 20 and the Southwest line of Bluff
Street a distance of 166.1 feet to an iron rod at the East corner of Lot 20 in the
Northwest line of a 20 foot alley;
THENCE S 55' 00, W with the Southeast line of Lots 16 thru 20 and the Northwest line
of 20 foot alley a distance of 250.2 feet to an iron rod at the South corner of Lot
16 in the Northeast line of a 25 foot alley;
THENCE N 34° 56' W with the Southwest line of Lot 16 and the Northeast line of a 25
foot alley a distance of 166.1 feet to an iron rod at the West corner of Lot 16 in the
Southeast line of Fourteenth Street;
THENCE N 55° 00' E along the Northwest line of Lots 16 thru 20 and the Southeast line
of Fourteenth Street a distance of 250.4 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.954 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agents, hereby dedicates to the use
of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parrs, water courses, drains, easements,
and public places thereon shown for the purposes land considerations therein expressed.
