Triangle Resurvey, Block 265, Original Townsite of Wichita Falls as recorded in Volume 25, Page 170, Wichita
County Plat Records, a portion of Lot 4, Noble and Henderson Triangle Resurvey, and Southeast one-half of
a 10.0 foot wide alley on the Northwest side of said Lot;
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the intersection of the Southwest right-of-way line of Holliday Street and the
Northwest right-of-way line of Sixth Street, also being the East corner of said Lot 2-B,
THENCE S 550 13' W, a distance of 97.05 feet to the most Easterly South corner of said Lot 2-13;
THENCE N 340 54' W, a distance of 73.35 feet to a spike set for an ell corner of said Lot 2-B;
THENCE S 550 19' W, a distance of 83.75 feet to X' in concrete at the most Westerly South corner of said
Lot 2-B,
THENCE North with the East line of Brook Street, a distance of 94.3 feet to "X" in concrete for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 55' 13' E with the centerline of a 10.0 foot wide alley, a distance of 127.1 feet to an iron rod set
in the Southwest right-of-way line of Holliday Street for the North corner of this tract;
THENCE S 34' 47' E with said Southwest right-of-way line, a distance of 153.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.442 acre or 19,270 square feet of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
